The COMMUNITY comes together again to support our very own CHEROKEE HISTORICAL AND PRESERVATION SOCIETY – The Gaffney BPOE, Lodge #1305 has joined hands with CHC associates casting and services to produce a DINNER THEATRE BENEFIT and Fine Art Exhibit (featuring the talents and work of Isabel Forbes of Spartanburg)

Project title:    Dinner Theatre-Fine Art Exhibit Benefit

Producers:  The Gaffney Elks BPOE Lodge #1305 and chc associates casting and services

Production Title:   THE DIXIE SWIM CLUB by Jesse Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten

Art Exhibit:  Isabel Forbes – Spartanburg, SC

DATES: Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings -   November 15,16,17 -  cocktails at 6:15pm, dinner 7:00pm, curtain 8:00pm (desserts served during intermission)

Sunday Dessert Matinee November 18 – Special beverages 2:15pm Curtain at 3:00 – (desserts served at intermission)

 

Prepay – RESERVATION ONLY EVENT – For reservations and prices, etc……call 864-489-4202

Table for 4 – $175.00 { There are only 5 per night}  (includes one free beverage, dinner/dessert, production, recognition on the day – preferred seating [front half of the auditorium]

Table for 6 – $250.00 {there are only 4 per night} (includes one free beverage, dinner/dessert, production, recognition on the day – preferred seating [front half of the auditorium]

Table for 8 – $375.00 {there are only 2 per night, possibly 3….must know well in advance as this will change the floor plan} (includes one free beverage, dinner/dessert, production, recognition on the day – preferred seating [front half of the auditorium]

General Seating – $30.00 (dinner and dessert only) rear of the auditorium, and seating as available. Cannot guarantee seating companions.  $50.00 A couple
